Our Refund Policy
If your fruits or veggies arrive damaged or you are not satisfied for ANY reason, reach out to us by phone, e-mail or chat right away and we’ll do our best to make it right. We always uphold our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy!
Our products are perishable, and we can’t control what happens when it leaves us and enters the world of “shipping companies.” These companies are sometimes at fault, and therefore, please patiently understand that our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services and to remain a good customer.
Our Return Policy
Since produce is perishable, we cannot accept returns. We do offer refunds for several reasons including those listed below:
- Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
- Missing items
Please report any issues with your order within 3 days of delivery. Resolutions to reported issues are on a case by case basis. These may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund.
Order Cancellations
Please keep in mind orders can be canceled at any time up to 2 days prior to the actual shipping date.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:
Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions.
Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in produce damage or spoilage.
Please review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please update your address 2 days prior to ship date.
