- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
- ⅓ cup Lily’s 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together whipping cream and Swerve sweetener until simmering, then set aside.
- Add Lily’s chocolate chips and let sit 5- 10 minutes, until chocolate is completely melted. Add vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Use over ice cream or crepes warm or set aside until later. Refrigerate leftovers for another day.
